Basic Technical Concept of the Building

The building is based on a reinforced concrete deep pile system and a reinforced concrete slab. 
The roof structure has an increased thermal insulation capacity. In selected areas there is an extensive vegetation layer with the application of vegetation mats with staggered trees and plants. Roof gardens are provided with a grass screen and complemented with a wooden gridded floor. 
The perimeter walls of the building are insulated with non-combustible mineral wool and the ground floor of the building with selected parts is then finished with a dark to black shade of plaster with the application of mineral sequins with a glare.

The Outdoor Areas

The elevated entrances to Buildings A2 and A3 will be accessed by wheelchair ramps bordered by concrete seating elements for increased comfort. 
Towards Komárovská Street, a passable park space will be created. In the inner park area, new residents and visitors can enjoy an enclosed and equipped children's playground protected by trees.

Design of Shared Spaces

The shared spaces of building A1 consist of an entrance foyer with seating furniture. 
The vertical circulation of buildings A2 and A3 is formed by a lift core and a three-armed staircase encircling the lift core. 
The underground level extending beneath the complex offers a bulk garage with private basement cubicles and utility rooms.

Design SHELL & CORE

The commercial premises on the ground floor of building A1 are implemented by the "shell & core" system, i.e., they will be handed over to the new owner or operator after the completion of the rough construction and some partial parts.
